**Main Ingredients of the Job**
+ Safely and accurately select customer orders.
+ Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy.
+ Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack.
+ Carefully move products from racks to pallets as directed by order-selecting software and equipment.
+ Validate that correct product has been selected and is damage-free.

**Physical Requirements**
+ Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5°F to over 100°F.
+ Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively, moving 1,000+ cases per shift.
**What You Bring to the Table**
+ Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend trainings, receive safety instruction, and complete reports.
+ Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, Sunday through Thursday (weekends and holidays as needed).
+ Recent experience in a physically demanding or endurance-based role preferred (e.g., sports, construction, warehouse).
+ Experience selecting large-scale orders or operating a motorized pallet jack preferred.

**Warehouse Picker Order Selector- Fort Myers, FL** The Warehouse Worker main responsibility will be to keep repack and returns organized. If business needed, employee will be building product orders, loading delivery trucks, or replenishing the aisles in the warehouse.
**About the Role**
+ Load trucks, stock floor, and maintain return product and empties pallets and shelves.
+ Unload returned product and pallets.
+ Accurately pick products by matching numbers and products using voice audio headset.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Retrieve zoned shipping requests from the Back Office Pick List
Gather empty rolling racks and maintain fully stocked rolling racksfor the shipping line
Pull individual ship requests and stage them neatly and organized on rolling racks
Retrieve missing packages from the warehouse as required
Pull and deliver freight shipments to the correct shipper according to the freight board
Retrieve and pass out standard shipments evenly to all shippers
Verify all pick lists are pulled daily in a timely manner and by order of urgency
Maintain zone cleanliness in all areas of the warehouse
Maintain communication with management and the training team regarding any login errors
Retrieve mail docs as required
Assure safety standards are being utilized, and complies with all company, local, state, and federal guidelines
Attend all Compliance Training Classes and abide by Compliance Policy and Procedure
