    Oregon State Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented and compliance-driven Mortgage Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Mortgage Lending team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the overall loan quality of mortgage originations through the execution of our mortgage quality control (QC) plan. You'll conduct pre-funding and post-funding QC reviews, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with internal and external partners to uphold our lending standards. As a Mortgage Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll play a key role in identifying and mitigating risk, supporting audits and exams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our mortgage operations. What you will need to be successful: Mortgage & Compliance Expertise: 3-5 years of mortgage quality control experience. Deep understanding of GSE documentation, production guidelines, and agency QC requirements. Knowledge of federal regulations including TILA, RESPA, TRID, ECOA, FDPA, HMDA, HPML, and HCM.
