Job Description Painter I In this job you will prepare surfaces and apply a variety of coatings to obtain high quality and primer finishes using paint booth and spray equipment. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall scope, schedule, cost management, risk management, and communication activities for the assigned development projects. The Project Manager also ensures that all customer and company cost, quality, and timing requirements are satisfied. In this job you will be responsible for for the manufacturing, maintenance, and repair of precision tools, molds, and dies used in the production process. This role requires a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a variety of tools and machinery. As a Moldmaker you will: * Construct, modify, and repair precision tools, molds, and dies according to engineering drawings and specifications. * Operate a variety of machinery, such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines, to shape and finish tools and components. * Ensure that all manufactured tools meet quality standards and specifications through careful inspection and measurement. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues with tools, molds, or dies to maintain efficient production processes. * Work closely with engineers, designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and make adjustments as needed. * Maintain accurate records of tool designs, modifications, and repairs. Document any changes made to tools for future reference. * Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. We are looking for someone who has: * Experience in using various hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and machinery such as lathes and milling machines. * High level of precision and attention to detail. * Ability to analyze and solve problems related to toolmaking and manufacturing processes. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and manufacturing processes. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. * High School diploma, GED or combination of work experience and skill development * The ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
