    What You'll Do: The food & beverage supervisor is a complex function requiring someone to coordinate and supervise multiple teams of associates in order for restaurant and banquet operations to be a success. As the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will ensure ground level operations run smoothly. Here are just a few of the tasks you'll be completing regularly: * Coordinate with Food & Beverage Manager on daily operations in the restaurant and banquets, including set-ups, changes and time schedules for all functions * Primary focus will be on restaurant operations, but will also check room set-up to see that Banquet Event Order directions are completely followed. Ensure that all restaurant and public areas are neat and clean. * Operate as a restaurant server when needed; setting up, greeting and serving the guest, and preparing the restaurant for the next shift. * Inspect banquet areas at the end of the function to ensure all equipment is returned to its proper area and all areas are clean. Where You've Been: We're looking for someone with at least a high school diploma and at least one year working in F & B. Most importantly, you're someone who can remain calm under pressure all while communicating and coordinating associates in a positive and professional manner. Previous supervisory experience is highly desired. When You're Here: This probably goes without saying but you'll be on your feet a lot. There will be occasions when you may be carrying/lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending/twisting, climbing stairs and working on slippery floors.
