At a Glance:
The Material Handler is primarily responsible for effectively and efficiently receiving, binning, issuing and transporting material at the FlexRig Machinery Center. This position is located in Tulsa, OK.
What you will do:
* Review packing slips against purchase orders and material delivered for accuracy and complete receipt transactions
* Load and unload delivery trucks
* Ensure inventory accuracy regularly by completing cycle counts when issuing material
* Has responsibility to identify and work to resolve discrepancies in inventory
* Complete transactions in the inventory system for receipts, transfers and adjustments
* Responsible for material movement throughout the facility
* Assist in maintaining the condition and security of the warehouse and yards
* Handle phone calls, mail, typing scanning & copying needs
* Frequent contact with office, shop, field operations and engineering to give and receive information
* Frequent contact with suppliers and trucking companies

What you need:
* High school degree or GED equivalent
* Previous material handling, and/or receiving experience preferred
* Thorough knowledge of inventory/warehousing practices and procedures
* Thorough knowledge of purchasing, warehousing and distributing material
* Good PC skills: Excel, Word, etc. Able to learn inventory system(s)
* Good written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively
* Able to operate forklift, aerial work platforms, and other material handling equipment

Position Objective:
Regulate, coordinate, and expedite the flow of material throughout the company to maintain schedules in a fast-paced team environment. Principal Accountabilities
Principal accountabilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Receive, sort, store, issue, stage, move, dispatch and ship materials, parts, tools, assemblies in and out of Solar facilities, as assigned.
Operate any material moving equipment to move materials, parts and/or tooling.
Plan and execute the methods necessary for loading and unloading all types of vehicles used in the transportation of receiving and shipping material.
Contribute to daily responsibilities regarding safety in the work area.
Perform all the assigned duties necessary to maintain the shipping and receiving areas throughout Solar, also keeping the work area in a clean environment.
Able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously with deadlines.
Communicate well with team members.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Attention to detail.
6+ months experience using a forklift
Ability to operate shop equipment associated with warehousing.

Job DescriptionPurpose of Position: The Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and delivering a variety of materials, equipment, and supplies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Loads and unloads material either manually or with equipment such as forklifts and/or pallet jacks.
• Transfers all associated paperwork to the Warehouse Clerk.
• Mark all incoming product with identification labels; transfer the material to the designated area.
• Verifies the quantity of items received and verifies that incoming and outgoing material is free from damage.
• Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in the warehouse; store items in an orderly and accessible manner.
• Read work orders or receive oral instructions for work assignments.
• Verifies that job numbers written on product correspond with supplied paperwork and ensures product gets loaded according to the delivery note provided by the shipping department.
• Prepares product by identifying, pulling, packing, labeling, wrapping, crating, loading, and securing product for shipment.
• Maintain inventory records by adding or deleting supplies as they are used in production.
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or GED is preferred
• Basic computer data entry skills
• Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous experience operating material handling equipment

At a Glance:
The Material Handler is primarily responsible for effectively and efficiently receiving, binning, issuing and transporting material at the FlexRig Machinery Center. This position is located in Tulsa, OK.
What you will do:
* Review packing slips against purchase orders and material delivered for accuracy and complete receipt transactions
* Load and unload delivery trucks
* Ensure inventory accuracy regularly by completing cycle counts when issuing material
* Has responsibility to identify and work to resolve discrepancies in inventory
* Complete transactions in the inventory system for receipts, transfers and adjustments
* Responsible for material movement throughout the facility
* Assist in maintaining the condition and security of the warehouse and yards
* Handle phone calls, mail, typing scanning & copying needs
* Frequent contact with office, shop, field operations and engineering to give and receive information
* Frequent contact with suppliers and trucking companies

NGSG has immediate openings for a MATERIAL HANDLER. Heavy (30K lbs. capacity) forklift operation with a minimum of three (3) years experience. Primary duties are the ability to load/unload trucks in a safe manner, conduct routine forklift inspections, routine yard cleaning/organizing tasks, check all paperwork for accuracy. Secondary duties are the ability to engage in some manual labor (i.e. pressure washing) and assist in other areas of the facility as needed. About This Role

Safety & Organization: Lift heavy objects by hand or with power hoists, adhering to all safety protocols. You will also maintain a clean and organized work area, including machines and equipment, to support a safe and productive environment.
What You'll Bring to the Team
Material Handling Experience: Proven ability to safely load, unload, and move materials within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Documentation & Detail Orientation: The ability to read and interpret Bills of Material or accurately follow oral instructions, with a strong attention to detail for accurate labeling and marking.
Equipment Operation: Demonstrated proficiency in operating industrial forklifts. Experience with overhead cranes is also preferred.
