The schedule for this position is 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, operating on a rotating weekly cycle. One week you'll work three 12-hour shifts (36 hours), and the following week you'll work four 12-hour shifts (48 hours).
STARTING PAY: $19.50/hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Responsible for a clean and safe work area.
Reads and interprets a variety of stage plans, picklists and SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) or WI's (Work Instructions).
Accurately records information on travelers; operates bar coding and other computerized equipment.
Operation of material handling equipment (RF devices, label machines, weight scales and some power equipment such as forklift, picker or pallet jacks, etc.)
Utilizes RF device to pick material from warehouse stores accounts, deboxes and labels material, weight counts material, issues material to a work order and transfers material to manufacturing.
Conducts quality inspection of correct part and lot number. Follows procedures to ensure accurate transfers, transactions, and labeling.
Responsible for ensuring all documentation on both the Sterile Load forms are accurate.
Performs various receiving duties, including unloading and loading trailers, performing the receiving functions into the MRP system, and the put away of inspected material.
Participate in Cycle counts and bay audits for inventory management.
Perform various data entry transactions utilizing the SAP business application system to create a smooth workflow process.
Perform various duties such as cleaning, processing returns, QA transfers, scrapping material, and mixing polymers.
Quality: Accurate data entry of work order closeouts. - Visual inspection of product and release to inventory - Ensure accurate label accountability
Safety: - Responsible for ensuring a clean safe work environment and a safe operation of material handling equipment. - Must be certified on power equipment. - Must have knowledge of and properly practice safe lifting techniques.
Manages in order to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory/legal requirements
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements
May perform other duties as assigned

Record number of pallets hung over and pallet ID numbers. Record total number of pallets for each store on trailer. Sign schematics. Indicate pallet ID numbers for pallets that are tossed on trailers. Check pallet recap report to ensure all pallets are on trailer. When schematic is filled out, turn the schematic and report in to shipping office. Fill out trailer defect sheets to indicate any damages to trailers and safety related repairs. Include the trailer number, date, and time on defect sheet. Inbound duties: Accurately separate all product as to description and Ti x Hi as indicated on receiving document. Ensure product is in saleable condition and in undamaged/shippable cartons. Verify quantities of each item to match the receiving document. Complete all paperwork in an accurate and legible manner. Place pallet tags on completed pallets. Complete any receiving correction documents in an accurate and legible manner. Label each pallet with the corresponding receiving label to ensure proper quantities and location. Move freight from dock area to assigned warehouse aisles. Inbound and Outbound: Adhere to all safety policies, procedures and best practices while performing tasks in a manner that promotes safety at all times. Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.Â

**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Work from written and/or verbal instructions from supervision, computer terminals, production schedules, paperwork, accepted shop practices, etc.
+ Receive, check for damage, tally, store and disburse a variety of materials maintaining appropriate records. Inventory materials, notify supervision of shortages and reorder as required. Perform cycle counts/audits and physical inventory per schedule.
+ Accumulate materials, load, move, transport and unload using cranes, lifting devices, automotive and industrial vehicles, etc.
+ Handle materials safely and properly, maintaining proper balance, hitches, protection of finished surfaces, etc.
+ Operate forklift, pallet jack, tank carts, etc. (requires forklift training & certification) Load / unload trucks as needed in a timely manner.
+ Perform turnovers, spotting and positioning of materials as required.
+ Follow parts, identify materials, expedite and maintain appropriate records as to status, quantities and location.
+ May work alone or coordinating efforts with others
+ Perform above operations to close requirements of safety and accuracy on a large variety of materials. Keep facilities, materials and work area orderly, exercising care in their use, maintaining general good housekeeping practices and conforming to all safety and quality requirements.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma/GED equivalency
+ Minimum of 3 years working in a warehouse or material handler experience.

+ Ability and willingness to work off shifts and weekends if needed.

+ Must pass physical, background and drug screens.
