Our Painters are an integral piece of our work on a daily basis. Some of your daily functions will include: Manage and direct all activities conducted by blast and paint personnel and/or subcontractors within company policies and procedures to ensure conformance to quality, budget, and schedule. Manages key employee activities for all direct reports (timekeeping, job assignments, mentoring, supervision, etc.) and ensure all employees have all necessary tools, equipment, work procedures, etc. to work safely and efficiently.
