The Industrial Painter will use paint application techniques and equipment to professionally finish interior and exterior surfaces of blast-resistant and other industrial, modular buildings and their parts. As an Industrial Painter, you will provide consistent and quality work in support of RedGuard's goal of delivering customers a quality product on time.
Responsibilities
Measures area to be painted; determines quantity and type of paint to use for the project.
Identifies and orders appropriate paint colors and finishes, mixing if needed.
Prepares surfaces to be painted, which may include removing prior finishes through chemicals, grit blast, or other methods.
Applies paint to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, sprayers, airbrushes, stencils, and other tools.
Tracks daily usage of paints, thinners, mek, and other solvents.
Complies with chemical and waste storage and disposal regulations and best practices.
Builds scaffolding, climbs ladders, and uses safety harness according to safety regulations.

The Paint Supervisor assists the Paint Manager with overseeing all aircraft painting operations within the MRO facility. This role ensures that aircraft paint jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with customer specifications, FAA regulations, and company standards.
