Job Title: Psychology Adjunct Instructor

The Psychology Department
The Psychology Department is seeking highly qualified candidates for adjunct instructor positions to teach psychology classes for our programs on-site at the Palo Alto and Mountain View campuses. A full list of courses taught in our program can be found in our course catalog. While we welcome all applicants, we are particularly interested in candidates who can teach the following areas of emphasis: Diversity and Community Mental Health, Pediatric Behavioral Care, and Research Methods and Statistics.
The Psychology Department has two APA-accredited clinical psychology doctoral programs (a PhD program and the PGSP-Stanford PsyD Consortium) and a master's program in Psychology. PAU operates an in-house community clinic, the Gronowski Center, and advanced students are placed at off-site practicum placements around the Bay Area, including VA Medical Centers, community clinics, and schools.
We are committed to build training programs that promote diversity from all areas of psychology. The work done through the Latinx Task Force, I4Health, and the undergraduate summer bridge program (funded by the APA CEMRRAT grant for ethnic minority recruitment, retention, and training of students in psychology) represent some of our current diversity work within the department.

Ginzton Laboratory has an exciting opportunity to join our research administration and financial management team. We are seeking an Assistant Director, Research Administration to work under general supervision of the Managing Director to oversee a high performing team of grant administrators to support the proposal preparation and post award activities on grants, contracts, federal and non-federal grants, both routine and complex.
This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with sponsor and university policies and guidelines by implementing and maintaining policies within the grant management group, as well as providing training, mentorship and support for direct reports. This position will direct the sponsored research team in overseeing the entire life cycle of awards. Summary:
Stanford Law School seeks an Associate Dean (AD) for External Relations. Reporting to the Dean of Stanford Law School, the AD functions as the chief development officer and as the principal advocate for the dean's funding priorities to alumni and friends of the School. The Associate Dean helps to define and shape the central role that the Dean and senior associate deans plays with alumni and donors and actively participates with them in the cultivation and solicitation of prospective donors. * Provides strategy, leadership, and direction for the External Relations teams of multiple complex programs with expansive scope and impact.
* Has a portfolio of major and principal gift prospects, and develops and implements major gift strategies using whatever school and University resources are required to successfully secure support for the School's objectives. Cultivates and solicits gifts to the University.
* Prepares and provides written materials describing School objectives and join with faculty to serve as expert witnesses with prospective donors. Also monitors the activities of several major support groups that provide ongoing support for the School.
* Collaborates with volunteers, faculty and senior leaders on innovations and goals and develops plans for implementation.

The major criterion for appointment for faculty in the Non-tenure Line (Research) is evidence of high-level performance as a researcher for whose special knowledge a programmatic need exists.
Faculty rank will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
The successful applicant should have a history of scholarly accomplishments including publications and grant funding. Additional desired qualifications include a history of successful experience with a multi-disciplinary research team including Pediatric Endocrinologists and Pediatric Psychologists, experience with diabetes technology, and collaboration with multi-center research groups. Leadership of national or international writing groups would be valued as would experience with translating research findings to Pediatric clinical care. Clinical credentials such as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist certification would be desirable as would demonstrated experience as an educator although the primary focus of this position will be research. Presentation skills and advocacy for children and adolescents with diabetes are a desired quality of a candidate.
We expect the successful candidate to be a productive scholar as defined by research publications and research grants. Collaboration with the pediatric diabetes research team will be expected and development of additional research collaborations in the future are a plus.
