Job Title: Warehouse Worker Department/Group: Warehouse Location: Phyllis Drive Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor/Manager PCI Pharma is seeking qualified Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team! PCI is your world leading CDMO providing integrated end-to-end drug development, manufacturing, and packaging solutions to increase product speed to market. In this role as a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency, managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment, among other duties. The Warehouse Worker must have prior experience as a forklift driver. The Warehouse Worker will join the USW Local 286 after successful completion of probation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Stack and unstack large quantities of goods onto shelves or pallets. * Secure loads to the machine to ensure operational efficiency and transport to different locations within the facility. * Correctly scan materials with an RF scanner for inventory purposes. * Process distribution orders for site or depot shipments. This includes the picking, packaging and shipping of supplies using both JDE and courier software for dispatch. * Maneuver a forklift (either a standard electric "sit down" fork truck or a double reach "stand up" material handling truck), electric pallet jack, and other material handling equipment safely, expediently, skillfully, while transporting full or partial pallet loads of material throughout the plant, and into/out of rack fixtures. * Accurately record, both manually and electronically, the movements of material. * Perform the staging, issuance and delivery of work orders for commercial production. * Quality control: Ensure that only undamaged products are sent out. * Adhere to housekeeping and safety management standards. * This position may require overtime and/or weekend work. * Knowledge of and adherence to cGMP and GCP policies, procedures, rules. * Attendance to work is an essential function of this position * Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor. Position Title: ASRS Operator Location: Red Lion Road, Philadelphia Department: Warehouse Shift: 24/7 PM Reporting To: Warehouse Manager Responsible For (Staff): None The ASRS Operator is responsible for monitoring the operation of the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS). The primary duty of this position is to fulfill orders by picking and processing inventory requests to and from production as well as inventory replenishment, Shipping/Receiving, Cycle Counting and Inventory management. This includes monitoring production schedules to anticipate and prepare for upcoming material requests. This also includes coordinating periodic maintenance of ASRS, conveyor belts and software systems as well as troubleshooting/resolving minor issues. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned. * Responsible for the proper and safe operation of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) as well as monitoring conveyor induction ports to maintain steady material flow. * Maintain material flow both in and out of the ASRS which includes determining priorities and the delivery of components and material to Production, Quality, BU and Warehouse. * Troubleshoot and resolve ASRS system failures and all crane faults as necessary and resolve ASRS conveyor systems to maintain a steady and optimized induction of material into the ASRS Grid. * Responsible for notifying the Supervisor, ASRS Specialist or Inventory Control Supervisor in the event of inventory inaccuracies or other crane or conveyor belt operational issues. * Ensure timely and accurate inventory pick and fulfillment transactions. * Process Production material requests through JD Edwards and business tools (ie Smartsheet request dashboard etc). * Perform inventory lookups/run FEFO reports in JDE and order material from the ASRS or communicate to supervisor or warehousers material requests for non-high rise stored material. * Route picked inventory to appropriate outface and pick sales orders as instructed by Warehouse Supervisor. * Perform inventory transfers and over-rides as necessary to maintain inventory accuracy and flow of material to Production. * Follow all warehouse safety rules and procedures. * This position may require overtime and/or weekend work. * Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules. * Attendance to work is an essential function of this position. * Performs other duties and Cycle Counts as assigned or requested by Manager/Supervisor. * Collaboration with Production, Warehouse, Facilities and Quality teams to ensure smooth operations. * Escort and secure Controlled Drug substance and materials to and from Production and the vaults.
