PCI Pharma is seeking qualified Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team! PCI is your world leading CDMO providing integrated end-to-end drug development, manufacturing, and packaging solutions to increase product speed to market. In this role as a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency, managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment, among other duties. The Warehouse Worker must have prior experience as a forklift driver. The Warehouse Worker will join the USW Local 286 after successful completion of probation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Stack and unstack large quantities of goods onto shelves or pallets.
* Secure loads to the machine to ensure operational efficiency and transport to different locations within the facility.
* Correctly scan materials with an RF scanner for inventory purposes.
* Process distribution orders for site or depot shipments. This includes the picking, packaging and shipping of supplies using both JDE and courier software for dispatch.

The ASRS Operator is responsible for monitoring the operation of the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS). The primary duty of this position is to fulfill orders by picking and processing inventory requests to and from production as well as inventory replenishment, Shipping/Receiving, Cycle Counting and Inventory management. This includes monitoring production schedules to anticipate and prepare for upcoming material requests. This also includes coordinating periodic maintenance of ASRS, conveyor belts and software systems as well as troubleshooting/resolving minor issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the proper and safe operation of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) as well as monitoring conveyor induction ports to maintain steady material flow.
* Maintain material flow both in and out of the ASRS which includes determining priorities and the delivery of components and material to Production, Quality, BU and Warehouse.
* Troubleshoot and resolve ASRS system failures and all crane faults as necessary and resolve ASRS conveyor systems to maintain a steady and optimized induction of material into the ASRS Grid.
* Responsible for notifying the Supervisor, ASRS Specialist or Inventory Control Supervisor in the event of inventory inaccuracies or other crane or conveyor belt operational issues.

* Process Production material requests through JD Edwards and business tools (ie Smartsheet request dashboard etc).

* Route picked inventory to appropriate outface and pick sales orders as instructed by Warehouse Supervisor.

Job Summary
PCI is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer I to provide technical leadership in new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives. * Performance Analysis: Measure, analyze, and lead initiatives to decrease variability and improve performance metrics in the production area.
* Adherence to Compliance: Ensure compliance with PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies and procedures.

Required:
