Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. The minimum full-time salary range is between $160,000 to $200,000.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree. (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a registered nurse.
Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:
Hold unencumbered licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Oklahoma required.
Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:
Teaching Competence - Must be able to create lesson plans, content, presentations, ancillary materials, and assignments to effectively transform information to knowledge for students; have the ability to assess student learning and progress.
Communication skills - Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with clear, grammatically correct English and prepare complex reports on deadline; requires interaction with supervisors, colleagues, students, alumni, advisory committee members, and the public, using tact, discretion, and independent judgment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate diplomatically, clearly, and effectively, both verbally and in writing to exchange information, give/receive instructions and respond to inquiries appropriately with all students, faculty, staff and community partners.
High degree of initiative to work independently and also collaborate in a team environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of office technologies including but not limited to: office computers, fax machines, scanners, internet, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Passion for assisting customers and representing the OSU-OKC and OSU brand with positivity and professionalism.
Demonstrated history of ethical and professional behavior.

Master of Science in Nursing preferred.
Essential Job Functions:
Collaborate with team to plan, implement, and evaluate teaching effectiveness.
Plan, implement and evaluate effective teaching methods in the clinical, laboratory, simulation, and classroom settings.
Facilitate student clinical conferences.
Make student clinical assignments.
Provide supervision and assistance to students in the clinical, simulation, and classroom settings.
Participate with team members in student evaluation by:
Evaluating and returning written student assignments with written feedback within the time frame set by teaching team.
Using clinical evaluation tool to provide weekly student feedback on clinical performance.
Maintaining student and course records according to team guidelines.
Planning and scheduling student evaluation conferences.
Evaluate and provide verbal feedback on student performance in the laboratory and simulation settings.
Maintain cooperative, collegial relationships with clinical agencies.
Support and maintain a collegial relationship with other faculty members and students that is conducive to learning.
Support the philosophy and policies of OSU-OKC and department of nursing.
Available for team conferences, campus and departmental meetings at the discretion of the team leader, Department Head or Division Head.
Support online learner activities under the direction of the team leader.
Successful performance of the job requires creativity, initiative, and effective problem solving. An incumbent must use tact and diplomacy. Following school dress standards, proper attendance or leave policies, and other work-habits concerns are required.
Completes all mandatory training.

About the Role
As a Success Partner, you will support a regionally assigned portfolio of midsize school district accounts. You will own the implementation experience for your accounts "end to end" across all PALS products.

Key Responsibilities Implementation Strategy
+ Develop a tailored implementation strategy for each partner that integrates our "gold-standard" implementation milestones for each product with the account's unique instructional, assessment, and technology priorities and ecosystem.
+ Develop clear goals for the account's implementation, and build shared investment in a healthy successful implementation, so that everyone knows what "success" looks like and you can guide the account through the year accordingly.
Onboarding
+ Guide partners through roster data integrations, platform configurations, and compliance requirements for all products, so everything is set up just right!
+ Facilitate all onboarding activities prior to "go live" skillfully, communicating clearly and proactively with the account and cross-functionally inside of Pearson, enabling rapid completion of key adoption milestones.
Nurture
+ Leverage data systems and communication cadences to proactively monitor the health of your accounts, drive product adoption and value, reduce churn, and build brand loyalty.
+ Engage accounts who are at risk or disengaged in recovery strategies to foster partnership, drive adoption, and improve overall account health.
+ Travel up to 4 nights per month for onsite activity supporting key implementation milestones or conference attendance alongside your accounts.

+ Partner closely with cross-functional teams within Pearson School Assessment, including Product, Technology, Marketing, Sales, Professional Development, and Support to ensure a seamless customer journey.
