The Day-to-Day:

Three years of demonstrated, effective teaching experience
Ability to collaborate well with colleagues in all areas of education including planning, assessment, student care, and student life
Ability to work effectively with a variety of learners
Understanding of and ability to meet the discipleship and developmental needs of students in corresponding grade levels with the position
Experience in the use of technology for instruction
Ability to communicate graciously and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to exercise discretion and utmost professionalism in confidential and sensitive student/family matters
Highly motivated and energized individual with strong initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
