Your Mission:As a Fitness Coach, your mission is to deliver an exceptional, seamless member experience at the corporate fitness centers. Outcomes You'll Deliver: Personalized Coaching & Revenue: Conduct 10-15 tailored personal or small group training sessions weekly. You'll focus on retaining current clients and converting new members through complimentary sessions to meet or exceed our team's annual personal training revenue goal. Engaging Group Fitness: Plan and lead a minimum of four safe and effective group exercise classes per week, maintaining a 60% attendance rate or higher. Be creative with specialty classes (like agility training for seasonal sports leagues) to help maintain a high membership satisfaction and engagement. Exceptional Member Experience: Create a welcoming, fun, and engaging atmosphere. Greet all members with enthusiasm and actively listen and respond to all feedback with a solutions-oriented approach, following up within 1 business day. Membership Growth: Support the team in reaching your collective annual membership goal by confidently leading prospective member tours, effectively managing payments for memberships and/or training packages, and assisting your team with marketing and promotional events. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services. Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully operational facility. Use our proprietary technology to ensure accurate member enrollment and smooth daily operations. This includes restocking supplies, maintaining locker rooms, and keeping our special touches (infused water, essential oils, eucalyptus towels) pristine. Baseline Requirements: Experience: 3+ years as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. Certification(s): Required Personal Training certification from a national organization (NSCA, NASM, ACE). Current CPR and First Aid Certifications, plus Group Fitness certification(s). Nice to have: Comfort & certification in teaching diverse group fitness formats and levels, and previous experience executing successful wellness and promotional events.
