Job Description
We're seeking skilled PCMM Technicians to join our quality control team inspecting large-scale aerospace parts and assemblies at various stages of manufacturing. This hands-on role focuses on precision measurement and inspection using advanced equipment including Romer arms, Leica laser trackers, CMMs, and 3D scanners. You'll be responsible for first piece through final inspection of complex components including weldments, integrated assemblies, and tooling, ensuring compliance with exacting aerospace quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Inspect large-scale aerospace parts at various manufacturing stages from first piece through final inspection using advanced metrology equipment
• Operate Romer arms, Leica AT960 and AT402 laser trackers, CMMs, and 3D scanners (handheld and blue light) for precision measurements
• Perform manual layout inspections using traditional measurement tools and techniques
• Inspect complex components including weldments, integrated assemblies, tooling, and aerospace hardware
• Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings, assembly schematics, and technical specifications accurately
• Apply GD&T principles per ASME Y14.5-2009 standards to inspection activities
• Execute and witness test procedures according to established protocols and generate comprehensive test reports
• Document non-conforming material and initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as required
• Provide clear, concise feedback to machinists and engineers based on measurement data and analysis
• Generate quality documentation including inspection reports, bubble prints, Certificates of Conformance (C of C's), and NCRs
• Maintain and verify calibration status of all measurement equipment
• Operate and maintain Spatial Analyzer or similar PCMM software for data collection and analysis
• Use standard measurement equipment including micrometers, calipers, bore micrometers, and optical comparators
• Work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement
• Support Material Review Board (MRB) activities for disposition of non-conforming material
• Prepare handwritten and computer-generated inspection reports with accuracy and attention to detail
Required Experience/Skills
• High school diploma or GED with 3-5 years or more of relevant precision measurement and inspection experience
• 4+ years of hands-on experience using Romer Arm, Leica AT960 Laser Tracker, Leica AT402 Laser Tracker, or CMM equipment
• Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) per ASME Y14.5-2009 standard
• Fluency with standard measurement equipment including micrometers, calipers, intra micrometers, and optical comparators
• Demonstrated experience reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings, assembly schematics, and technical specifications
• Ability to execute and witness test procedures and generate accurate, detailed test reports
• Experience generating quality documentation including inspection reports and non-conformance documentation
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to precision and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for providing feedback to technical teams
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced environment

Perform detailed AGTEK takeoffs for earthwork, utilities, paving, and concrete-related scopes.
Import, clean, and organize plan files for takeoff accuracy and consistency.
Set up takeoff models and layers according to Burns Dirt estimating standards.
Identify missing, conflicting, or unclear information in plan sets prior to takeoff.
Quality Assurance & Verification
QA all quantities by cross-checking plans, profiles, details, and specifications.
Compare quantities across plan sheets to ensure consistency and completeness.
Verify takeoffs align with historical production assumptions and estimating needs.

Documentation & Deliverables

Responsibilities
Technical Tasks
* Courier rounds---delivers medication to inpatient patient care units when scheduled to do so. Respond for requests from the pharmacists and nurses to deliver medications outside of scheduled delivery times.
* Customer Service--responds to incoming phone calls politely, efficiently, and in a timely manner and directs calls to appropriate personnel. Provides service to those personnel that present at the oncology infusion center pharmacy.
* Customer Service-- Process stock requests from clinic and physician office practices in an efficient and timely manner.
Automated Dispensing Cabinets--fills ADCs with medication at the appropriate time for both batch fills and patient specific medications. Utilizes available technology to bar-code scan medications and ADC bin locations to accurately and efficiently perform the stock refill process.
* Automated Dispensing Cabinets--Updates medication expiration dates at the ADC when appropriate, removed outdated/expired medications and processes medication that are located in the external return bins. Rotates stock to ensure use before expiration date on label. Able to load/unload medications with the cabinet. Delivers controlled drug substances to the cabinets, returns any controlled drug substances in external bin to the pharmacist for processing in the controlled drug substance inventory system.
Quality Control--assists the pharmacist in the monthly unit inspections assigned to them. Checks stock in the assigned areas of the inpatient pharmacy on a monthly basis for expired medications.
* Quality Control--Observes and adheres to all departmental and hospital policies and procedures, and follows all safety, quality assurance, and infection control standards.
* IV Admixture--Cleans IV hoods to ensure sterilization, cleans floors, shelves, work stations, bins and ceilings in the Clean Room, Ante Room, CHEMO room and STAT Hood area in order to comply with USP 797 Standards when assigned. Credits all IV's returned to the IV room, restocks IV room, labels IV's, and delivers medication in a timely and efficient manner.
* IV Admixture-- Assembles MINI-BAG PLUS & ADVANTAGE systems under sterile conditions in the IV Hood. Labels these admixtures and manufacturer ready to use IV Admixtures processed as both batch and first fill IV admixtures. Performs low-risk compounding of IV admixtures under the supervision of the pharmacist. Performs some medium-risk compounding of IV admixtures as determined by competency requirements.
* IV Admixture-- Credits all IV's returned to the IV room, restocks IV room, labels IV's, and delivers medication in a timely and efficient manner.
* Inventory Control--Mandatory participation in the annual physical inventory of the pharmacy.
* Inventory Control--Removes out-of-date medication from inventory immediately upon discovery. Brings significant changes in usage to the attention of the pharmacy purchasing clerk. Records items to be re-ordered on the Want Book for those items not in the automated dispensing cabinet.
* Inventory Control--Assists the pharmacy purchasing clerk with unpacking and restocking medications received in the wholesaler and direct shipments from manufacturers. Performs pharmacy purchasing clerk functions for the oncology infusion center utilizing the prime vendor purchasing software.
* Completes all assigned tasks and assists others when complete. Works under the supervision of the Director when assigned special projects.
