License & Training Requirements ✅ Current DORA and NBCOT certification as a COTA. ✅ Completion of state-mandated continuing education per DORA requirements. ✅ Maintain current CPR certification. ✅ Report any DUI, misdemeanor, or felony convictions or accusations to OASIS.
