Documentation
Documents clearly, concisely, and completely, including all essential elements according to department standards.
Adheres to department standards regarding timeframe, form and content of written progress notes and discharge summaries. Including the IPPJ format for all assessments.

Rehab Team Participation
Works as a resource in any area of specialty, assisting with complex patients and planning for, and adjusting treatment interventions as needed.
Assists in developing educational and training resources for the rehab department associated with any continued education or areas of special skill.
Maintains efficient use of work time to be as productive as possible.
Completes routine administrative responsibilities within established timeframe consistently (e.g. time cards, PTO requests, etc.).
Participates in committees, focus groups etc., department processes and special projects in accordance with clinical expertise and individual performance plan.
Demonstrates fiscal responsibility in the department with respect to patient charges, equipment use, and supplies.
Weekend Staffing Specific
