We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function and level. Final offer is determined by multiple factors including, skillset, work experience and languages, and may vary from the amounts listed below.
The full-time pay range for this position is: $34-$41/hour. PRN and part-time rates vary by availability and experience.

Job Description
Patient Treatment: Treat patients as directed by the PhysicalTherapist.
Documentation: Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per PT Board requirements.
Department Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the department environment and equipment.
Team Participation: Participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences as needed.
Facility Upkeep: Assist with cleaning and maintenance of the treatment area.
Compliance with Treatment Plans: Treat patients according to the physician's treatment plan.
Support Staff Training: Assist the nursing department in training Restorative Aides.
Communication: Effectively communicate with supervisors and other health team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans.
In-Service Training: Participate in in-service training programs for other staff within the facility.
Record Keeping: Record treatment changes according to policy and procedures.
Family and Staff Instruction: Instruct patients' families or nursing staff in maintenance programs and caregiver training in preparation for discharge from therapy services.
Equipment Reporting: Report any problems with department equipment to ensure it is maintained in good working order.
Interpersonal Skills: Relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with patients/residents, families, staff, and professional colleagues.
