About the Role As a Material Handler, you'll be the driving force behind the seamless flow of materials across our warehouse and production operations. From expertly operating forklifts to ensuring inventory accuracy, your contributions will keep our production rhythm in perfect harmony.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently transport materials between the warehouse and compounding areas to support production needs.
Utilize ERP systems and handheld barcode scanners to track and transfer materials with precision.

Compensation and Benefits: The starting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $18.60 per hour.
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. The Shipping and Packing Associate prepares finished products for shipment based on shipment schedules, packs product for shipment, and handles parcel shipments as directed by the sales order.
Responsibilities:
Verifies that finished and in-process products are properly packaged, labeled and identified for accurate shipment
Processes all orders for shipment by packaging to prevent damage during shipment and processes shipment in computer system
Prepares and puts proper labels on materials and stores it safely in appropriate warehouse location
Prepares all required paperwork and records for shipments to ensure accurate and timely delivery
Suggests changes to improve quality, efficiency, safety, or communication
Follows all safety practices and immediately corrects or reports unsafe conditions
Experience and Skills:
Prior experience with work orders and instructions
Ability to stand for periods of up to 3 hours at a time
Has prior experience shipping parcels via Fedex, UPS, DHL, etc
Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
Prefer experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility
