Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, working to minimize breakage and repack damaged products. Fill orders based on Softeon system instructions and access order details using handheld scanners. Fix incorrect pallets as needed and prepare pallets with shrink wrap for transport. Complete assigned training, seminars, and classes, and assist in other areas as needed. Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring overall efficiency of all warehouse operations. Crosstrain in other areas of warehouse operation and warehouse responsibilities as needed. Requirements High school diploma or GED is required. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and handheld scanning devices, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication skills and basic math skills, with the ability to read and interpret documents in English.
