The Sales& Delivery Associate hybrid role combines product distribution, sales analysis, customer insights, and new business development. The associate will be data-savvy and customer-oriented, analyze performance data, support strategic sales planning, present insights to key accounts, and actively contribute to prospecting and onboarding new customers. The associate will collaborate closely with internal teams and interface with customers to support business growth.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Analyze sales performance data by product, region, channel, and customer to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support internal teams and customer presentations.
Conduct market research and analyze data to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Present data-driven insights directly to customers and support sales in business reviews and line presentations.
Monitor and report on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity to help guide positioning.
Act as a point of contact for customer data requests and performance inquiries.
Support cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and operations to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams for product or process improvement.
Identify and research new business opportunities, including prospective retailers, foodservice partners, and distributors.
Conduct outbound outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn) to introduce the companys offerings and generate qualified leads.
Support onboarding of new customers by coordinating internally and ensuring seamless handoffs.
Attend customer meetings to support lead generation and relationship-building.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead status, and communications in the company CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to align sales plans with inventory and production.
Support in customer order deliveries and product distributions within the local market
Assist other Departments as required
Requirements
Microsoft Office and data visualization tools proficiency
