As a **Warehouse Worker Lead** you will run the necessary reports to properly account for the releasable orders in the Order Management system. **What you will do:**
+ Respond to inquiries from Order Management dealing with demand for the IBU.
+ Respond to notifications for order modification.
+ Enter unit transfers will be used to replenish the 3PL and other business unit requirements.
+ Systematically forward production output to the appropriate IBU.
+ Reconcile all orders that have been released to ship at each IBU in system.
+ Reconcile all MSR's that are open for shipment to other IBU's.
+ Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives being done around best practices.
+ Support teams with collaborative plans to improve the flow of materials.

Qualifications
* High school Diploma or equivalent
* Minimum 1 year of forklift experience
* Minimum 2 years professional experience combined in Inventory Management or Production related experience
* ERP/WMS intermediate user-can be on the job but preferably hands on experience
* A minimum of intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
* Knowledgeable of shipping/receiving and production operations/procedures
* Experience operating power tool equipment including but not limited to cherry picker, reach truck, pallet jack, etc.
* Previous experience with material handling is required
* Must know how to properly operate a forklift
* Working knowledge of scanning equipment, internal database tracking system, dollies and carts
* Excellent customer service, professional attitude and appearance are a must
* Ability to work overtime & meet deadlines
Physical Demands:

* Unloads trucks in the Inbound section by using a pallet jack or equivalent devices to put pallets out of the trucks.

Purpose and role of job:
We are seeking a Warehouser our First Quality Print & Packaging facility located in Anderson, SC. This position will be responsible for executing all warehouse functions in a consistent manner in compliance with established policies and procedures to ensure the daily integrity of the inventory/housekeeping of the warehouse operation. This is a team-based role. Incumbents will be required to perform other department/plant functions, that may not be detailed in this description, from time to time.
Principal Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
Responsible for calculating accurate tallies and documentation during the loading and unloading, and warehousing process.
Responsible for quality/customer satisfaction in regard to product integrity during the loading and unloading, and warehousing process.
Operates radio frequency equipment to conduct inventory control movements, barcode scanning, and physical inventories.
Follows necessary GMP, FDA, SQF, and ISO regulations/guidelines.
Responsible for observing safety rules and performing in a safe and efficient manner at all times.
Responsible for inspecting all equipment used on a daily basis and reports defects to Management.
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse facilities.
Performs scheduled preventative maintenance on all designated warehouse equipment.
Palletizes and stores the product in accordance to warehouse policies and procedures.
Supports production lines with material requests.
Assists with conducting inventories when necessary.
Provides accurate and legible paperwork to maintain an accurate database.
Ensures the integrity and accuracy of all inventories daily.
Maintains an efficient product flow throughout the warehouse operation.
Assists with repack and labeling operations when necessary.
