JOB GOAL
The primary goal of the Warehouse Item Puller is to efficiently and accurately fulfill customer orders by retrieving and preparing the requested products for shipment. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects, as the role involves manual handling of inventory.
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
Familiarity with inventory management systems.
Forklift certification.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties/Responsibilities:
Review and interpret customer orders to determine the required items.
Navigate the warehouse efficiently to locate and pull the specified products.
Ensure accuracy in item selection and quantity.
Update inventory records in the warehouse management system.
Communicate any discrepancies or stock shortages to the appropriate personnel.
Collaborate with packing and shipping teams to meet order fulfillment deadlines.
Follow quality control procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents or injuries.
Properly use and maintain warehouse equipment, such as order pickers and pallet jacks..
Work collaboratively with other warehouse staff to ensure a smooth workflow.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding order status and issues.

This role involves physically demanding tasks such as moving boxes, pulling inventory from shelves, and working at heights. If you're detail oriented, safety conscious, and enjoy hands on work, we'd love to hear from you!Responsibilities
Assist with general warehouse operations and organization
Safely move and transport boxes throughout the facility
Pull boxes from shelving units
Regularly climb ladders to retrieve or store boxes
Requirements
A clean criminal background check and drug screening
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to push and pull up to 300 pounds
Willingness to learn and be trained
Ability to work inside and outside of a climate-controlled warehouse
