Artavazd Mehrabyan is Co-Founder and CTO of PicsArt, the leading image editing app. Prior to founding PicsArt, Artavazd has worked as Chief Software Architect at Sourcio, the Virtual Solution Global Services, and Lycos Europe. Artavazd has over six years of experience conducting practical classes in Software Architecture and Object-Oriented Analysis at various universities. Artavazd has MS in Computer Information Science from American University of Armenia.

Tammy H. Nam is the COO at PicsArt, the #1 creative platform and social editing app with more than 600 million downloads and 150 million monthly active creators. She oversees business and operations for the 450-person global startup headquartered in San Francisco. Prior to joining PicsArt, Tammy was CEO of global streaming service Viki (acquired by Rakuten in 2014). She was also a marketing executive at innovative consumer tech companies such as Scribd and Slide. Tammy has 25 years of experience advising dozens of brands such as Akamai, Visa and Starbucks to grow leadership positions and identify new opportunities. A graduate of Northwestern University, she studied journalism and economics and was named one of “25 Women to Watch in Tech.”
