Job DescriptionSalary: $30-$40 Control Room Operator (ROC Operator) Hydroelectric Generation The Control Room Operator (ROC Operator) is responsible for the continuous monitoring, control, and coordination of multiple hydroelectric facilities from a centralized Remote Operations Center (ROC). Operating on a 24/7 schedule, the ROC Operator plays a critical role in supporting grid reliability, maintaining environmental compliance, and upholding system safety.
