Chris Engle is a Chief Commercial Officer at Plusgrade and is based in New York City, New York. He has worked as National Account Manager at American Airlines; Vice President of Revenue Synergy, Brazil at ACS, a Xerox Company; and Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Travel and Transportation at ACS, a Xerox Company. Chris attended University of Washington Foster School of Business.

Chris Wolf is a Chief Technology Officer at Plusgrade and is based in New York City, New York. He has worked as Assistant at Crew Cuts, Director of Technology at TeacherUSA, and Frontend Developer at Site59.com. Chris attended ACADEMY OF ART UNIVERSITY between 1996 and 1999 and Seabury Hall between 1990 and 1995.

A recognized technology leader known for crafting the requisite strategic vision to achieve business goals, Pramod offers a unique blend of executive acumen, global team-building, and IT solution development credited with strong ROI and operational improvement. Pramod has extensive experience scaling horizontal B2B platform and vertical SaaS software companies both organically and through M&A. Currently he is the Chief Operating Officer at Plusgrade, a high growth private equity backed travel-technology company, and is responsible for strategy, innovation, product, technology, marketing, professional services and customer operations & support.

Prior to Plusgrade, Pramod led the Commercial Planning Portfolio for Sabre in the role of Vice President / General Manager. With a focus on products and consulting services surrounding financial performance, pricing & revenue management, dynamic retailing and network strategy, Pramod spearheaded major strategic changes to transform IT solutions into a platform environment - shifting from a functional basis to an enabler of innovation and expansion for the travel business to support the vast array of airline commercial needs in a rapidly changing industry. He is a valued speaker in this subject matter, presenting at CAPA-ACTE, Aviation Festival in London and other industry events.

During his over 13 years at Sabre, Pramod led the integration of multiple acquired companies and launched cutting-edge products to the market. Today, these products are bringing the travel industry closer to more efficient and dynamic pricing models and make airlines better retailers.

Over his career, he has built global teams that consistently deliver results by aligning technology initiatives with business goals, with substantial improvement to service delivery, and business/platform performance.

Pramod received his Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Kurukshetra University, holds Master’s in Industrial Engineering focused on Operations Research from Mississippi State University, and Executive Management Education specializing in Corporate Finance from INSEAD in France and has 15+ combined years of experience in the airline industry, technology, finance and management.

Born in India, educated in the United States, leading companies in USA, Iceland, Austria, Germany, Poland and now Canada - Pramod considers himself a ‘Global Citizen’.
