Under general supervision, act as a liaison between clients and the laboratory to help deliver good service and scope future work as needed. Prepare and submit response quotes for work. Help prepare responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and more complex quotes. Work with clients and the technical laboratory to scope work for proposal. Collaborate with clients to help ensure service is being delivered and provide follow up as needed. Monitor SGS activities against quote scope, schedule teleconferences and face to face meetings as needed. Maintain pricelists. Upon request give clients sample information and coordinate technical support and advice where needed to maintain high customer satisfaction. Follow Training SOP for training and training records.
Use of general knowledge of Biopharmaceutical and/or pharmaceutical analysis from development to commercial testing encompassing methods development, validation or method transfer
Work with departments to ensure Technical and analytical Interpretation of client compendia or other reference Bioanalytical or Analytical methods to scope out requirements to meet client needs
Prepare proposals in a way that matches client enquires
Scope and speed of decision is critical to help engage new & keep existing clients happy in our services.
Incorrect scoping of work has potential to not meet client/regulatory requirements and open SGS to regulatory scrutiny.
Review & approve routine quotes
Able to review & interpret compendial and client methods to gather relevant information from the technical experts & department heads to scope out the effort and or resources required.
Uses general knowledge to develop & present technical solutions to clients in proposals indicating cost timelines & resource
With support and details from departments construct complex proposals including Development, validation, transfer or stability studies for review by the Department Heads or TCM's.
Qualifications
Degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry or related science
3 - 5 years' experience working as a scientist in a lab environment or equivalent
1 - 2 years' experience in a customer service position - preferred.

Your Impact
The Frozen Production Manager oversees and ensures the successful execution of Ian's Frozen and the operations of the small retail shop attached to the production facility.

Production Oversight:
Knows the ins and outs of production, is comfortable managing semi-automated production and employees
Is willing and able to jump in at any point in the production process to keep things moving forward, fix issues, or solve problems.
Uses knowledge and experience to improve processes and procedures, both new and existing.
Manages material inventory, ensuring sufficient product to fulfill orders.
Sets and/or manages safety standards based on local and federal regulations and guidelines. Trains and enforces these standards with staff.
Works closely with our partner distributors to ensure timely and accurate pick-ups from the facility.
Retail Oversight:
Understands the overall retail operations and works closely with the Store Supervisor to ensure high-quality staff training, customer service, food quality, and a healthy bottom line.
Serves as the last stop for customer concerns and feedback.
Staffing and Training:
Manages all production and retail staffing plans, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
Works closely with the recruitment team to communicate needs and select job candidates.
Overall Management:
Maintains appropriate certifications and documentation for audits, recalls, and inspections.
Oversees budgeting and labor costs for production and retail.
Schedules staff to meet production and retail needs while managing labor costs and high levels of quality and service.
Provides staff feedback on their performance in regular, in-the-moment coaching conversations as well as quarterly staff reviews.
What You Bring to the Team
5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing a food manufacturing or production facility.
Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, manufacturing, or other related field OR an additional 2 years of experience in food production leadership.
Strong knowledge of USDA regulations and facility management. Experience with SQF is a plus.
HACCP certification is preferred.
Experience with production planning and scheduling is required.
Familiarity with automated production lines is preferred.
Scheduling
Our managers are salaried for 40 hours a week. Each week, you will balance between operations and on-shift time and administrative duties (projects, meetings, scheduling, payroll, etc). Your operational work and meeting schedules are expected to be posted 2-4 weeks in advance.
As a leader in the plant and retail store, you will work with the leadership team to be available for emergencies and help find coverage or cover shifts as needed.

NTI is seeking a Traveling Foreman with will lead a team, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to customer quality standards while performing advanced fiber optic splicing and testing tasks. This role requires national travel to various project sites and combines leadership, project management, and technical expertise in fiber optic infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure project safety, quality, schedule, and cost compliance with company/client standards.

Act as primary liaison between Project Manager and crew.

Execute OTDR/OLTS testing to assess cable performance.

Support cabinet bolting and basket tray installation (preferred).

Work Schedule and Environment

5+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry with related experience in construction and tower work.
2-3 years of verifiable experience splicing and testing fiber optic cables for dark fiber providers (e.g., Zayo), meeting stringent quality and performance standards.
3+ years of hands-on experience using Fujikura fusion splicing machines for high-count fiber splicing (864ct, 1728ct, 3456ct).
3+ years of experience performing OTDR and OLTS testing with EXFO testing equipment.
