Job Overview: The PressOperator is responsible for the printing of customers' labels. The PressOperator will be required to maintain the press and printing equipment during the printing process, and their duties may include cleaning the press and all associated parts, changing tooling and gears, inking, lubricating, and maintaining stations, and completing all necessary paperwork and forms.
Principal Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
5+ years of flexographic printing press experience
Ability to identify issues/problems, evaluate options and implement solutions
Knowledge of machines, tools and computers, including design, use, repairs and maintenance
Ability to understand mathematical applications, ex. measurement, logic, etc.
Good customer service and interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide range of professions and personalities
Good command of the English language; ability to effectively read and write
Good analytical, written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to lift up to 50-60 pounds and push/roll 300 - 800 pounds with pallet jack

Position Overview:
As a Utility Machine Operator, you will operate a variety of mechanical and computer-aided woodworking machines to produce high-quality furniture parts. This role requires attention to detail, knowledge of wood species, and the ability to maintain dimensional accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
Identify and grade various wood species (e.g., Cherry, Mahogany, Oak, Maple, Birch, Veneers) according to Stickley standards
Read and interpret production tickets and part drawings
Operate and maintain woodworking machinery (mechanical and CNC)
Set up jobs efficiently to minimize downtime and maximize output
Inspect parts for quality, yield, and dimensional accuracy
Perform and log preventive maintenance tasks
Assist with material handling and off-bearing as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Qualifications:
Prior experience operating woodworking or manufacturing machinery
Ability to identify wood species and make grading decisions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to read blueprints and production documents
Comfortable working in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
