Job Description Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a full time Senior-Level Structural Engineer for our Tennessee offices. As part of our Structural team, the selected candidate will be involved with a wide range of projects including planning, design, permitting, and construction of structures for drinking water, wastewater, water resources, and conveyance structures and structural components. Candidate shall be capable of supervising and mentoring junior staff and leading structural design of projects. Key Responsibilities: Perform assessment, design and construction tasks for water and wastewater treatment projects. Lead the structural design and construction administration responsibilities for mid-to-large sized projects involving upgrades to wastewater, water and reclaimed water treatment plants, storage facilities, pipelines, stormwater systems, pump stations and distributions/collection systems. Signal Energy is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our growing Engineering team. The Senior Electrical Engineer is responsible for leading and executing complex electrical engineering scopes for utility-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects. This role provides technical leadership throughout all phases of project delivery, including project development, detailed design, construction support, and commissioning. Develop and review electrical design deliverables including single-line diagrams, grounding plans, conduit and cable schedules, protection schemes, and equipment specifications. Perform and/or oversee detailed engineering studies such as load flow, short-circuit, arc flash, grounding, voltage drop, harmonic analysis, and thermal cable ampacity studies. Ensure designs comply with applicable codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE, NFPA, NESC, utility interconnection requirements, and AHJ regulations).
