Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, and support of enterprise applications such as ERP, Ariba, CLM, QMS. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for applications, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
Troubleshooting: Track, diagnose and resolve technical issues related to applications, working closely with development and application product teams.
User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the applications.
Business Analysis: Collect user requirements, sync up with application product team, test the configuration or customization of application, and fulfill business needs.
Application Introduction: Review new application product to ensure internationalization and localization to north American market. Implement application to local user and ensure user adoption. Debug and commission application to new site within corporate remote support.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for application configurations, processes, and procedures.
Collaboration: Work with other IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and integration of applications.
Security and Compliance: Ensure that applications adhere to security standards and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Proven support experience in SAP ERP (ECC or S4Hana) MM/FICO, SRM (Ariba), familiar with Quality, Legal, Market & After Market relate system.
Technical Skills: Well knowledge of application troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance. Proficiency scripting: SQL Statement, HTML, WEB-API, and debug tools.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin is required. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or specific application-related certifications are a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to move around work sites, which may include walking, standing, and climbing ladders or stairs.
Flexibility to bend, kneel, or crouch, particularly when inspecting installations or troubleshooting.
