Keeps abreast of changes in policies and procedures, standards and regulations applicable to the company and the mortgage industry. Understands and applies local, state and federal regulations related to processing mortgage loans. Qualifications PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 3-5 Years loan processing experience Experience processing Conventional, FHA and VA loans Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and Encompass Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced fluid environment High level of integrity and confidentiality required BENEFITS: Salary plus bonuses.
