* Prepare credit and legal documentation packages for delivery to mortgage insurance provider, warehouse custodian, secondary market investors and servicer as applicable.
* Receive and audit closing package documents Correspond with title companies to obtain outstanding closing documentation.
* Input data to investor delivery systems, insure data integrity, reconcile and edit systems and/or delivery reports to insure all errors are corrected prior to data transmission and/or file delivery.
* Transmit and/or deliver files to investor and servicing systems.
* Perform warehouse line / funding sheet reconciliation
* Collect and follow-up with title companies and/or county recorders offices to obtain final loan trailing documentation for delivery to servicer / investors.
* Adhere to Freddie Mac, GMAC-RFC and other investor delivery manuals/guidelines and policies and procedures.
* Prepare logs and update records as assigned.
* Adhere to corporate guidelines, policies and procedures to insure operational soundness within general areas of responsibility.
* Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
* Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
* One to two year related experience in mortgage banking
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent organizational skills.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions,
and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak
effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
