We are seeking a highly skilled ITSM Process SME with expertise in Incident, Problem, and Change Management, emphasizing data analysis. The ideal candidate will enhance production engineering practices by supporting Problem and Change Management and analyzing ITSM process data.
In this role you will serve as the primary point of accountability for management and stakeholders, ensuring the adoption and integration of ITSM processes to achieve corporate goals. FUNCTION: Perform metallurgical inspection processing on a wide variety of development, production and overhaul/repair parts. Utilize methods such as fluorescent penetrant, magnetic particle and etch. Maintain Level I NDT certification as required.
What You Will Do:
Work from detailed procedures, technique sheets, verbal and other pertinent instructions to process parts for nondestructive testing and complete required record keeping.
Set up, operate equipment, and where applicable, check and adjust equipment and test process medium as needed to ensure valid test results.
Identify recurring processing problems and recommend changes in methods or equipment to eliminate or minimize them. Recognize the need for repair or replacement of equipment used in processing.
Work with and assist certified Level II inspectors, responsible for the identification and dispositioning of non-conformances, in preparation for advancement to higher level NDT certification.
Perform routine servicing throughout the assigned area following specified procedures and written instructions such as inspector's check list for upkeep, and assure equipment operates properly.
Assist others who are responsible for new equipment or process tryout and other specialized assignments within the scope and skill level of this job description.
May perform a variety of other protective services-related duties, as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handles all aspects of workers compensation lost time claims from set-up to case closure ensuring strong customer relations are maintained throughout the process.
- Reviews claim and policy information to provide bgv for investigation.
- Conducts 3-part ongoing investigations obtaining facts and taking statements as necessary with insured claimant and medical providers.
- Evaluates the facts gathered through the investigation to determine compensability of the claim.
- Informs insureds claimants and attorneys of claim denials when applicable.
- Prepares reports on investigation settlements denials of claims and evaluations of involved parties etc.
- Timely administration of statutory medical and indemnity benefits throughout the life of the claim.
- Sets reserves within authority limits for medical indemnity and expenses and recommends reserve changes to Team
Leader throughout the life of the claim.
- Reviews the claim status at regular intervals and makes recommendations to Team Leader to discuss problems and remedial actions to resolve them.
- Prepares and submits to Team Leader unusual or possible undesirable exposures when encountered.
- Works with attorneys to manage hearings and litigation
- Controls and directs vendors nurse case managers telephonic cases managers and rehabilitation managers on medical management and return to work initiatives.
- Complies with customer service requests including Special Claims Handling procedures file status notes and claim reviews.
- Files workers compensation forms and electronic data with states to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Refers appropriate claims to subrogation and secures necessary information to ensure that recovery opportunities are maximized.
- Works with in-house Technical Assistants Special Investigators Nurse
Consultants Telephonic Case Managers as well as Team Supervisors to exceed customer's expectations for exceptional claims handling service.
Technical Skills Competencies:
