Role Description:
The Wire Processor will be responsible for understanding and assisting in processing bank and client wire transactions through multiple applications and assist with processing of payments on other payment rails at the end of the night. * Accurately prepare/process all wires (domestic / international / incoming / outgoing) within the Lead Bank appointed time frame
* Process incoming and outgoing service messages as received or requested.

* Research and obtain approval to process wires that exceed client limits

Key Responsibilities:
Check in all work and cash through window
Verify cash, perform data input into iTrack, mix and check for all deposit types including check only, CompuSafe, ATM, Recyclers and mixed
Process check imaging into FIS system
Balance all individual teller sells
Validate bulk pull and fill each order by packing slip.
Complete checklist according to established deadlines for each major function throughout the day
Clean off stations at end of day, bundle trash according to specified procedure, sort deposit slips, ensure no work is remaining, print check manifest and make sure deposits match
Ensure all imaged work and teller paperwork is delivered to the appropriate areas and/or filed appropriately
Follow any direction provided by supervisor and/or manager

About the Position
The Order Dispatch Specialist will act as a superuser by prioritizing and executing the wave plan while creating and maintaining reports of daily data communication transactions. The Order Dispatch Specialist will be the primary contact for troubleshooting and conducting diagnostic testing to resolve problems. Functions
Develops, analyzes, modifies and executes the Wave Plan to ensure predetermine ship schedules are met for all customers while maintaining a level workload of activity across all shifts
Prioritizes daily schedule and create reports as needed to monitor, track and measure performance at all levels
Provides technical assistance as a superuser while conducting diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems
Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources or locate and leverage the appropriate external resources to solve problems as needed
Documents procedures and solutions for help desk issues
Works closely with Transportation and Customer Service teams to evaluate truck loads, fill expedite request, and/or change routing
Works closely with Inventory teams to ensure inventory integrity when replacement product is needed to fill an order
Monitors and respond to email and phone calls in a timely manner
Ensures communication between Replenish associate for stock replenishment are completed to release orders to the floor in a timely manner
