We are currently looking for a Data Processor to join our team in Orlando, Florida. The position supports high-volume print and mail production by receiving, preparing, and processing client data files for daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc jobs. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, meeting production deadlines, and coordinating closely with internal teams to keep work moving through the print and mail pipeline. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm. The position is 100% onsite.
Overtime: Can occur as needed during the week and occasionally on weekends.
Your Essential Duties:
Process incoming client data files according to established workflows and production schedules.
Review job logs, file transfers, and process completion status to ensure data integrity and job accuracy.
Prepare, validate, and load data files (e.g., PDF, DAT, index files) to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to print and mail production.
Perform quality checks on data files and job outputs to confirm client-specific requirements are met.
Investigate and troubleshoot common problems such as missing files, job errors, or delays.
Track and log job performance, errors, and completion status using defined checklists and procedures
Communicate job status and processing results clearly and proactively to internal teams (Operations, Development, Account Management Teams).
Escalate issues appropriately when problems may impact production timelines or downstream workflows
Maintain and update department documentation, operational instructions, and workflow logs.
Follow established procedures for quality assurance, file handling, and client-specific requirements.
Support cross-training and onboarding of new team members as needed.
Assist with overtime coverage during peak production periods, including month-end and seasonal workload increases.
Requirements
What You Bring (Requirements):
High school diploma or GED required.
1+ years of experience in a data processing or computer operations environment. Experience in a print/mail production environment preferred.
Experience with job ticketing systems, file processing software, or batch scheduling tools.
Ability to learn custom job control tools and scheduling software used in production environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Windows-based tools.
Strong communication, attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
Willingness to work occasional off-hours or weekends for shift coverage or project needs.
Physical Requirements:

POSITION OVERVIEW
· Verify member submitted claims forms, member's eligibility & pharmacy information is complete & accurate, updating system information as needed.
· A high data entry proficiency is expected in order to provide accurate & timely processing of claims submitted by member, pharmacy or agencies.
· Moderate knowledge of drugs & drug terms used daily.
· Process claims according to client specific guidelines while identifying claims requiring exception.
· Navigate daily through several platforms to research & finalize claim submissions.

Senior Specimen Processors are responsible for processing samples that may require extra attention and experience such as manifest or problem submissions from clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Receives and prepares samples for distribution to main laboratory.
Removes specimens from transport bags and splits as needed for multiple testing.
Retrieves and prepares add-ons and rechecks.
Accurately process Avian/Exotic, manifest, and problem specimens at expected rate.
Meets department production goals per hour and shift
Records information about specimens. Label and numbers of slides, specimens, and submittals. Enters specimen data into database, scan tubes, process ZLOOK, and other postproduction duties as required. Verifies accuracy of information.
Completes Add Log/recheck specimens in a timely and thorough manner.
May assists Leads/Supervisors with training
Assist other lab personnel with specimen storage
Sort samples for distribution throughout the lab (Coggins, cytology, etc.).
Ensure Turn Around Times (TAT's) are met.
