Job Description: COTALAND is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to help shape and execute the visual identity of a world class entertainment destination. This role will support all creative needs across marketing, live events, attractions, digital platforms, and on-site guest experiences. The ideal candidate has experience in high energy environments such as live events, sports, motorsports, theme parks, or large-scale entertainment brands and understands how to translate excitement, motion, and scale into compelling visual storytelling. This role will be hands on and fast paced, working closely with marketing, operations, and leadership during a critical growth and launch phase. Requirements Requirements & Essential Functions: Design high impact creative assets across digital, print, social media, web, email, and on-site applications Support marketing campaigns, ride launches, seasonal events, promotions, and brand initiatives Create social media graphics, paid advertising creative, presentation decks, and internal marketing materials Design signage, posters, large format graphics, wayfinding, and environmental branding throughout the park Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to meet business and creative objectives Maintain and evolve brand standards while ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints Prepare production ready files and coordinate with printers, fabricators, and external vendors Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines Required Qualifications: 3-5+ years of group sales experience in attractions, theme parks, hospitality, entertainment, or destination venues Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Highly organized with strong CRM and reporting discipline Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends Preferred Experience selling group experiences at scale Knowledge of the Texas market and regional group travel landscape Experience working with schools, corporate planners, tour operators, or sports organizations CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Key Attributes for Success Outgoing, confident, and relationship-driven Self-starter with strong outbound sales instincts Detail-oriented with a big-picture mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, launch-phase environment Passion for entertainment, experiences, and creating memorable moments Why COTALAND COTALAND is a bold, Texas-born destination blending thrills, entertainment, and immersive experiences at a national scale.
