+ Conducting effective every day "stand up-start up meetings". Start-up meetings are to be utilized to identify if all employees are "fit for duty" that day. An effective supervisor will conduct stretch and flex exercises as part of warming up for the work but also use it to identify if employees demonstrate motion concerns.
+ Enforcing work hardening policy (Any new hires - direct hire or temps should be only scheduled for 40 hours / week for first 30 days without exceptions.
