Some prior assembly experience is preferred but not required. The Assembler position is scheduled M-F out of Smithfield, RI. The start time of the shift is 6:00 AM and full-time assemblers can leave once the day's production is finished. Assemblers will spend their first 2 weeks shadowing a mentor to learn the responsibilities and safety processes of the role. After the 2 week period the employee will be a full member of the assembly team and will be entrusted to use the machinery required for their role.
