This is an entry-level position responsible for operating vibratory finishing equipment, abrasive blasting machines, parts dryers, air tools for grinding, and additional machinery used to remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections. Teamwork & Collaboration Work effectively with team members, especially in crowded shared equipment areas. Assist coworkers during downtime between loads and participate in cross-training efforts across equipment and processes. Support a positive, productive work environment through strong communication and teamwork. Housekeeping & Shop Maintenance Maintain a clean, organized work area throughout the day. Mop floors, sweep, and ensure all items on the daily housekeeping checklist are completed before shift end. Break & Time Management Use up to 40 minutes of paid break time appropriately, following company guidelines. Breaks must not exceed 30 minutes and cannot be taken within the last two hours of the shift. Use downtime productively-prepare the next load, help coworkers, or clean; phone use is only allowed if all work is complete.
