In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers. This will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product. Key Responsibilities:

Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present

The Operator II role at the Manawa location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
+ Inspect material, products, and containers at each step of packaging process

+ Record production data, review records and specifications, complete all necessary paperwork

THE POSITION

Production operator job in Neenah, WI
Outlook Group is seeking a dedicated Pouch Operator to be part of our Flexible Packaging team on 3rd shift! This person will set up and run our pouching machine, ensure the job is running properly, and check quality throughout the run. You will also provide support to other department equipment such as slitters and a laminator.

We are currently hiring for 3rd shift:
Sunday - Thursday 10pm-6am
Qualified applicants will have:
Previous experience operating a pouching machine
Ability to set up and operate a machine
Strong mechanical aptitude
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and mathematical skills

THE POSITION
Our Graham Division is looking for energetic Machine Operators to help with production. You will work a Monday - Friday schedule in a climate-controlled environment with an amazing team. As a Machine Operator you will participate in all functions associated with the production, warehousing, and distribution of products. Work on computer, order materials, do change overs, troubleshoot machine, and keep machine running to established expectations.

COMPENSATION
Starting salary is $21.50 per hour with an increase to $23.17 upon completion of your 90-day probationary period. We also offer 2nd and 3rd shift differentials as well as daily Overtime pay over 8 hours. The company also offers a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurances, health savings account, retirement plan, 401K plan (With a 50% company match up to 6%), PTO, and tuition reimbursement.
