What You'll Do
Attend training regarding applicable equipment

About the role
The Utility Operator is responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of the ash handling and metal recovery equipment in the Residue Storage and Processing Building area. In this role, you will perform routine operations and inspections of the residue and metal recovery equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Daily operation of the bottom ash transfer conveyors, ash silos, fly ash transfer screws, pugmills, ferrous magnet, ECS conveyor and associated equipment.
Perform daily routine inspections of assigned equipment and fill out daily log sheets.
Participate in boiler cleanings.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment related to ash removal and conditioning and an orderly clean work area.
Perform lockout and tag out of equipment in support of maintenance activities.
Complete scheduled assigned Operator Qualifications Standards.
Drive mobile equipment such as forklifts.
Qualifications:
GED/HS Diploma preferred

What You'll Do
Prepare and produce cannabis-infused chocolates, gummies, and other confections in large batches.
Accurately follow standardized recipes and batch records to ensure consistency and proper dosing.
Operate confectionery equipment, including tempering machines, molds, and depositor systems.
Monitor quality throughout production - texture, weight, appearance, and compliance.
Maintain accurate documentation for batch output, weights, labeling, and compliance records.
Support packaging and labeling of finished goods in accordance with state regulations.
Track and manage inventory of ingredients, molds, and packaging supplies.
Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and production areas per food safety standards.
Assist with process improvements to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with management to meet daily production targets.
What You'll Bring
1+ year of experience in chocolate, confectionery, or food production (cannabis preferred).
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety practices.
Strong attention to detail, with an ability to maintain dosing accuracy and product quality.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
