The Loan Production Specialist is responsible for assisting the Loan Officer(s) (LO) to ensure a smooth loan origination process and to assist in the retention of existing customers and in the development of new business opportunities, including but not limited to any and all loan processing duties assigned from start-to-finish to post-close. The Loan Production Specialist works in conjunction with the Lenders, Secondary Market, Processing and the Closing departments to ensure the loan closes on time. With the knowledge communicated from the Lenders, the Loan Production Specialist communicates with the borrower on items needed to get a loan approval or a clear to close. The position also focuses on any and all loan servicing efforts. In addition, the position supports the Senior Lender and President & CEO with administrative tasks, appointment scheduling, Board Meetings, Committee meetings, etc. to ensure the company goals and objectives are accomplished and operations run efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinates with the LOs on all communication efforts. Assists in the gathering of financial information from the borrower, verify the financial information is accurate, input the financial information into the loan processing system, order credit- including a review of the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) investigation, confirm the Loan Estimate has been sent to the borrower within 3 days of loan application or required disclosures have been received, any and all loan processing duties, including but not limited to ordering appraisal, prepares loan for conditional approval, obtain any remaining loan conditions for the clear to close, and closing set-up support.
Monitors loan pipeline of assigned LOs and works with loan customers, LOs and Operations Department to assist any and all needs during or after the loan process.
Provide high level of administrative support and be a resource for Lenders, as well as the President & CEO.
Escrow lead in all areas/duties - assisting LOs, assisting Shared Services team assigned to escrow, and working with customer needs of all escrow features and needs.
Assisting in certain items after loan closing or any servicing efforts, including but not limited to: booking and reviewing loan-set-up, loan maintenance, post-close loan items, payoff items, collection efforts including past-due calls and past-due letters, builder approval process, large borrower tracking, annual approved attorneys and appraisers process, loan transactions- including but not limited to withdrawals / draws, deposits, escrow payments / disbursements, and any and all loan payments/transactions, assistance in loan servicing projects and audits/exam support, etc.

Responsibilities
How you'll perform the role.
Beginning as an Machine Operator, you will learn the basics. Then you will begin to understand the production systems we use, learn about film quality and food quality, resins, customer specifications, packaging, and many more critical items on your way to becoming a successful Operator. Items include but are not limited to:
Reviews production orders and stages all raw materials.
Removes finished good from production area and prepares/packages and palletizes film rolls according to order specification.
Completes/inspects/labels finished goods, WIP, and scrap requirements as specified.
Completes inventory processing to account for finished goods, WIP, raw materials, packaging supplies and scrap materials.
Enters work order data/move tickets into production system via scan, data entry, or similar means.
Ensures finished goods packaging is free of defects and meets shipping requirements.
Operate robotic film line as needed and fill in for breaks.
This is a multi-task position job where you will learn several activities.
Qualifications

Basic math and measurement taking skills.
Good computer aptitude and experience.

to work on a 4-day alternating schedule according to the following possible shifts:
Monday - Saturday 3:30 pm - 3:30 am
Monday - Saturday 4:30 pm - 4:30 am
Monday - Saturday 5:30 pm - 5:30 am
Basic Function

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery on the production line and be able to quickly identify any malfunctions of machine
or outputs
• Stop machines and report any malfunctions immediately
• Assist in rework during idle production times
• Responsible for completing all necessary documentation in a timely manner
• Staging and loading packaging for the products that will be produced on the line
• Ensure continuous cleaning required throughout the shift
• Inspect all materials, ingredients, and inventory to ensure food safety procedures are followed
• Ensure an open line of communication to management/supervisors.
• Coordinate breaks/lunches with other Operators and Supervisor
• Other duties as assigned by management

• This position requires working in an internal environment.with fluctuating seasonal temperatures.
Qualifications
This job requires a high school diploma/GED.
Ability to speak, read, and write in the English language is an essential function of this position.
2+ years of production experience preferred. Food experience is a plus.
Applicant must be able to read, write, perform mathematical calculations, understand and adhere to good manufacturing practices in a food manufacturing environment.
Experience with RF scanners is helpful but not required.
Experience driving a sit-down forklift is highly recommended.
