Ideal candidates must be motivated to work in a team-orientated, fast-paced environment. This position requires individuals to perform duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards. What's on the menu? Job Responsibilities: Accountable for meeting KHMS (Kraft Heinz Management System) requirements as outlined in the Maintenance, Reliability and Engineering (MRE) Pillar. Accountable for the Safety, Health and Environmental systems and operational standards to ensure compliance as outlined in our policies/procedures and processes Use Lock Out Tag Out, wear safety harness, and other safety protocols when needed to service equipment. Perform machine maintenance PMs and repairs Maintenance Break-down elimination Lead and coordinate activities required to restore production due to unscheduled downtime. Clean, inspect, lubricate the line, and defect handling. Relieve operators for breaks and cover positions on the line as needed. Use SAP for maintenance work orders Use Machine Centerline Settings to ensure proper product flow. Lead team to develop and implement shift plans. Ensure operating procedures are followed by the team. Support team members to find solutions to complex issues by using Root Cause Failure Analysis and 5 whys tools. Lead Performance Board Execution. Accountable for the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) system and operational standards as outlined in the Springfield QRMP accountability document to ensure a quality product Participate in the Daily Direction Setting meetings Perform planning and scheduling as needed Coach and mentor team members to develop key skills for the role assigned to them.
