**Warehouse Worker Lead - Cedar Rapids, IA** **About the Role** + Responsible for checking built loads for accuracy, loading trucks, and unloading trucks. + May load route trucks and semi-trailers with propane or battery-operated forklift and/or pallet jack, moving product in and out of the warehouse as required.
+ May need to perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and other duties as assigned.
+ Directs daily work flow of a team.
+ Shuttle loaded trailers to the facility and return with empty trailers to be reloaded.
+ Move trailers of shells and return the empties to be loaded.
+ Have empties in the appropriate docks to be loaded.
+ Ensure all trailers that are put in the dock are properly locked.
+ Keep the flow of loaded trailers removed from the dock and replaced by empties as to not slow down the loading process.
+ Provide yard checks as needed for trailer inventory.
**Shift and Schedule:**
+ Full-time
+ Monday- Friday
+ 5AM - finished
+ Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed is required
+ This position will require working a later shift randomly throughout the year.

The primary purpose of this position is to load and unload bulk products, manufacture liquid products, and package finished products in non-bulk containers that meets the needs and quality of our customers.
The hours for this position are Friday-Sunday 6am-6:00pm CST.

All containers are to be inspected inside and out prior to filling. (Read and follow Container Inspection and filling S.O.P.)

Prescribed safety equipment must be used and worn while filling and mixing (see Production Worksheet and PPE Certifications).
Each employee is responsible for ensuring the product meets all quality standards before product leaves the production area (this includes filtering of liquid products.).
All Production Department employees are responsible for the safety and cleanliness of the production areas.
All tank trucks must be inspected prior to loading and unloading. (Read and follow Tank Truck Bulk Loading and Tank Truck Unloading SOP's).
All paperwork must be reviewed before loading or unloading. (Read and follow Tank Truck Loading, Tank Truck Unloading, and Railcar Unloading SOP's).
Production schedules and Batch Records are to be reviewed to ensure correct raw materials are used and order of addition is followed.
Perform tote cleaning per procedure and maintain records for product service, tote testing in the prism tote tracking system.
Perform weekly area (as designated by supervisor) inspections, complete filter log, and all other logs, complete and hand in inspection checklist at required time.
Review Catalyst weekly for training requirements and have all training and sop's reviewed by the due date.
Attend all required training when scheduled unless absent from work.

Key responsibilities
A. Essential Functions
Safely performs setup and operates computer-controlled equipment or more mechanically based machines in a food processing plant, including, but not limited to dehulling equipment, forklift, extrusion, bucket elevators, dryers, roll mills, stretch wrappers.
Understands the manufacturing process. Converts raw materials and other tangible items into finished products, and meets production targets. Monitors machine parameters and troubleshoots processing problems.
Receives food items, assists in unloading food items from delivery vehicles, and ensures that all food items received are of good quality and appropriate quantity.
Prepares and examines material for processing. Takes hourly readings of temperatures, amps, pressures of various equipment. Ensures raw materials are fed into the machines and that the machines run smoothly and efficiently.
Package and palletize 50 lb. Bags.
Accurately record production information into SAP. Follow all safety policies and rules. Identifies and reports safety concerns to leadership in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot and make accurate decisions to make equipment adjustments to keep food safe in accordance with Kerry GMP and HACCP policies, rules and guidelines.
HACCP knowledge a plus.
Follow all quality standards including sanitizing hands, wearing provided uniforms and boots, following all GMP's.

Job Summary: Our Sign Shop Production Operator and Installer work closely with our sales team, providing support with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibility Overview:
Understanding of signage and graphics media and substrates.
Proficient use of sign production and finishing equipment.
Prepare substrates for application. This may include cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, and maintaining the substrates for application.
Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images. Weeding techniques vary with size, type of vinyl, and complexity of the image. Know how and when to use each technique.
Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-construction by accurately reading and interpreting a Work Order and then proofing for errors or unacceptable standards (bubbles, rough edges, loose seams).
Perform finishing operations such as laminating, encapsulating, and/or mounting printed pieces.
Install signs at customer locations as directed.
Operate the laminator while maintaining proper fit and settings.
Maintain a sufficient inventory of media, laminates, and substrates.
Maintain production rate consistency; meet or exceed established minimum rates per hour.
Skills we are looking for:
Valid driver's license/clean driving record is a must
Must be able to lift 50 lbs., work with power tools, and use a ladder comfortably
Presentable, dependable, reliable, and detail-oriented
Must be motivated, energetic, and able to problem solve on site
