Sets up and operates a multi-unit pocket on the Longford and coordinates with Supervisor, ensuring each job is run according to customer specifications and meeting internal and external deadlines; maintains quality control and reduces waste or machine downtime. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Examine job orders to determine quantities to be used in project, stock specifications, colors, or special instructions. Ensure that team members know job details to ensure proper product quality. * Verify that foil is received and meets the specifications for the job being produced. * Initiate and perform make-readies, including instruction to other team members to assist. * Perform general operations maintenance activities. Ensure speed and quality are maintained. * Determine first save copies on all start-ups. * Collect and inspect random samples during runs to identify any necessary adjustments. * Ensure quality standards required by customers are met and maintained.
