If determination on wire cannot be made, wire should be placed in the disposition square for determination. ODQ all finished product. Change lube felts on changeovers, ox jobs, and once per month by plants guidelines or as needed. Complete all changeovers, conversions, start-ups and spec/package changes. Complete operations oven checklists Correct all red tags, trouble slips, and ODQ issues promptly. Put downed wires (ox jobs) back on production. Communicate any maintenance issues to Group Leader/Supervisor to ensure works orders are written for anything that needs repaired. Change scotch rites in bare wire clamps on required ovens as needed. Complete all necessary quality tests. Maintain a high level of housekeeping. Setup set for next operator/shift. Summary of Responsibilities This is the basic (entry-level) production position within the Production Department.
