The Marketing/Development Intern, under the general direction of the Associate Director of Development, provides support in all fundraising efforts of the development office. This position will assist the Fund Development team with securing financial support from individual donors and community sponsors for GSCSNJ annual fundraising appeals, such as, but not limited to, direct mail & online appeals, special events, and recurring donor program. Museum Studies Seminar: Roughly one day per week, interns participate in museum studies sessions, which include behind-the-scenes tours of the museum; presentations from professionals from across the institution; discussions of urgent issues confronting the museum field; site visits to cultural institutions in Philadelphia; and professional development workshops.
