Position Summary
The Service Center Engineer - I.A.M. Intern will gain hands-on experience in the areas of Identity Access Management (I.A.M.) and Information Security. This role offers exposure to the tools, processes, and governance practices used to manage digital identities, system access, and security permissions across the organization. Working closely with the IT team, the intern will contribute to access control projects, automation initiatives, and documentation improvements that strengthen the bank's cybersecurity framework.
Primary Accountabilities
Participate in the Access Review Campaign, assisting with analysis, tracking, and reporting.
Support the automation of onboarding and offboarding processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
Help update and improve documentation and workflows for identity and access management operations.
Analyze access patterns and permissions to identify potential anomalies or risks.
Gain hands-on exposure to Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Access Management (AM), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems.
Collaborate with the IT Service Center team to understand and assist with day-to-day I.A.M. functions.
Participate in mentorship sessions focused on security concepts, compliance, and governance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
Position Qualifications
Education/Experience:
Currently enrolled in an Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field of study.
Strong interest in I.A.M., IT Security, or Service Center operations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).

Description
We are recruiting students for our 2026 Summer term intern program. These internships are paid and run full-time from May 18 through July 31, 2026. We are explicitly looking for undergraduate or graduate-level students actively enrolled in an accredited college program of Electrical Engineering or a related field. This role will utilize both software and hardware skill sets to help customers integrate our display and controller products into their applications enabling their success. Our products are found on electric vehicles, off highway industrial equipment, stationary engine applications, off-road vehicles, wake board boats, motorcycles, and many more.
The internship assignments are designed to provide the students with real-life work experience and training in the day-to-day activities of a manufacturing facility. Our internships are part of our recruiting strategy to attract and retain highly qualified talent.
This internship does not include assistance with housing or transportation.
Qualifications
Key Job Responsibilities
* Ensure that customers are successful using Powervision, OpenPV, and other Enovation Controls developed software products by providing an excellent level of customer support, training, and online content.
* Develop an understanding of Enovation Controls hardware platforms in order to successfully integrate software and provide troubleshooting support.
* Recommend system integration solutions using Enovation Controls displays, controllers, I/O, and sensor products or 3rd party products to fulfil customer application needs.
* Work closely with engineering teams to resolve software and hardware issues or implement feature requests.
* Work closely with the marketing teams to define and develop online resources.
* Create example applications in Powervision, OpenPV, or other software platforms which will include simple UI development and writing code.
* Create best-practice guides for both programming techniques and UI development to ensure a good user experience of our display and controller products.
* Create how-to tutorials, debugging tutorials, and other online content needed to ensure customers can easily integrate our products into their applications.
Education Requirements
* Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in undergraduate (entering junior or senior year) or graduate level students actively enrolled in an accredited college program of Electrical Engineering or related field.
* Minimum of a 3.0 GPA.
Preferred Skills
* Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages; C#, C++, Codesys, or similar.
* Experience with Visual Studio, VS Code or similar IDE's with ability to quickly learn new software tool chains and IDEs through self-directed means.
* Demonstrated ability to diagnose problems using sound debugging and troubleshooting techniques.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Self-starter who can work independently or with others in a team-oriented environment.
* Electrical systems aptitude is preferred.
* Familiarity with CAN, Ethernet, MODBUS, or similar communication networks is a plus.

In this position, you will perform preventative maintenance procedures, inventory validation, and have the opportunity to work alongside experienced technicians in a real-time service environment.
