Field operations interns will learn and assist in the management, planning, and implementation of the agronomic program for AutoZone Park to ensure that the field exceeds professional standards.
Essential Duties:
General duties include, but are not limited to mowing, fertilizing, maintaining, and rebuilding pitching mounds and home plate areas, dragging and moisture management of infield skin, field marking, edging, aerating, topdressing, verticutting, replacing sod, and tarping
Other duties will include maintaining grass seating areas and batter's eye area
Learn how to develop/implement maintenance and fertility schedules
Help train the game day grounds crew members
Report field issues such as turf stress, disease, irrigation problems, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned

ThinkBIG Technician Intern - Construction Equipment JOB PROFILE The ThinkBIG Technician position is highly competitive technician training program. Potential students in the program must meet several entrance requirements and be willing to attend school in Americus, Georgia at South Georgia Technical College. The program is set up whereas a student will split each school semester in half with the first 8-week term spent in the classroom and the second 8-week term at the host store, working with one of Stowers Machinery's ThinkBIG Mentors. Along with classroom responsibilities, each ThinkBIG Technician is responsible for set up, repair, service, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and installation of replacement parts on Caterpillar diesel powered construction equipment. This is a paid internship technician position working largely with guidance from service technicians.
After you finish the program, we will reimburse your program expenses in full (less payroll taxes on non-tuition expenses) - based on how well youperform in the classroom and during your internships - if you work at Stowers Machinery as a service technician for just two years.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum acceptable ACT test scores - Reading 17, English - 16, Math - 19, or minimum SAT acceptable scores - Reading - 450, Math - 440, or ACCUPLACER - Sentence Skills -70, Reading Comprehension - 64, Elementary Algebra - 57.
* Take our internal Bennett Mechanical, Wonderlic Personnel, and manual dexterity tests.
* Obtain a set of basic mechanic hand tools, including drives, sockets, and wrenches.
* Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, adaptability and a strong customer service focus.
* Excellent communication skills, with the willingness to work with a service mentor.
* Possess and maintain a current, valid state driver's license.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The ThinkBIG Technician should be able to learn to read and interpret technical instruction, service and safety manuals, company policies and procedures, work with mechanical, hydraulic and electric/electronic schematics and wiring diagrams, and demonstrate proficiency in the use of test equipment. The position is responsible for high quality academic standings, maintaining a high quality of morals, and sending reports in a timely manner, thus ensuring maximum value for work performed.

Essential Job Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of the 2026 Marbles Imagination Ball.
Support auction coordination including but, not limited to helping maintain auction database(s), solicit auction donations, track auction requests, pick up auction items, write item descriptions, and take item photos.
Assist with sponsor/guest communications and guest registrations.
Participate in internal event planning and cross-team collaboration.
Help create and execute event marketing materials, including digital and print invitations and promotions.
Participate in onsite event coordination throughout the day and night of Friday, September 18, 2026.
Research grant and other funding opportunities that align with current Marbles priorities.
Update data and quotes to use in grant creation.
Other duties as assigned by the Development Team.
Experience and Skill Requirements
