Job Summary The Development Engineer Intern is responsible for the supporting project development process, schedule, accuracy, and workflow with a focus on EV Charging projects. Daily components of this role include engineering support, coordination of subcontractor RFQs and responses, and development of technical project cost estimates and proposals, and supporting documents. The target dates for this role would be April-May 2026, through Mid-August 2026. SitelogIQ company-issued computer and tablet along with all required software, monitors, printers, and supplies will be provided. Employees are expected to be available during normal business hours and to be logged into a group work sharing and communications during those hours. All members of our team are expected to work together in a positive, respectful, and professional manner. Target Salary: $20-25 per hour. Responsibilities Support engineering and sales in project development, with a heavy focus on thorough communication and the development of proposals and supporting documents. Collaborate with engineering team to support the development of plan sets under direct supervision. Prepare and review submittal packages (including product data sheets, schematic drawings, detailed drawings, for content, accuracy, and alignment to proposal goals. Upload and maintain all internal documentation in provided collaborative IT environment and manage document control processes. Any, and all ad-hoc reporting, requests or other tasks deemed necessary. Qualifications Working towards undergraduate degree in engineering. Work experience collaborating with others required. Basic knowledge and understanding of electrical or power systems. Experience performing sales liaison and client collaboration in energy or related industries. Proficiency with MS Office. Professional communication skills. Support and participate in continuous process and quality improvement. Ability to travel up to 80%.
