Qualifications
From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:
* Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience; or
* Master's Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
* Proficiency with Finite Element Analysis software (Required)
* Experience with Autodesk Revit (Preferred)
* Successfully passed the FE exam (Required) with intent to pursue Professional Engineering Licensure within two years
* Gains knowledge through participation in technical societies and attendance at internal and external training programs

Salary Transparency
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $90,000-$115,000 annually and does not include bonuses, overtime or other forms of compensation or benefits. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
